LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The Louisville man accused of killing two men at a homeowners association meeting is now facing new charges.
Mahmoud Hindi has been charged with assaulting a Corrections Officer and threatening her life.
The officer says Hindi threatened to kill her and threw a cup of water on her uniform.
Hindi is at Louisville's Metro Corrections after being accused of killing David Merritt and Marvin Fisher during a meeting of the Spring Creek Homeowners Association at Springdale Community Church on September 6.
