BROOKS, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A man in Brooks, Ky. is homeless after a fire destroyed his mobile home Thursday morning.
The fire broke out early Thursday morning in a home at the Whispering Oaks Mobile Home Park on Barricks Road.
Zoneton and Okolona fire departments responded to the blaze. Firefighters said the initial call was reported as a rescue, but once crews arrived on the scene they discovered the owner was at work.
No injuries were reported.
