LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The man accused of pistol whipping employees at a car lot on Dixie Highway appeared in court Wednesday morning.
Raquan Carmichael was officially charged with assault, wanton endangerment and tampering with physical evidence after police said he pulled out a gun during an argument with employees of Belgray Auto Sales.
Employees said an argument ensued when Carmichael’s girlfriend brought in her car for repairs and refused to make a payment.
Police said Carmichael used the gun to hit employees and he also made threats.
