LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Police are searching for at least two suspects after a robbery at a Louisville convenience store.

The robbery happened early Tuesday morning, police said, when two people entered a food mart off Newburg Road and Bishop Lane. Apparently,  the suspects ran inside the store and took off with several lottery tickets.

Despite their efforts, police said the thieves won’t be able to cash any winning tickets because the tickets were reported stolen and have been canceled by lottery officials.

If you have any information about this theft call the anonymous tip line at 502-574-LMPD.
