Danielle joins WHAS11 as the station’s weekend sports anchor and weekday sports reporter.
Danielle comes to Louisville from CBS College Sports (formerly CSTV), where she worked in a dual role as both an associate producer and on-air talent.
In her three years with the national cable network, Danielle hosted updates from the studio and reported from events such as the NCAA Men’s Basketball tournament, Heisman Weekend, and the NFL Draft.
Born and raised in New York City, Danielle began her career as an intern for Good Morning America.
Her experience also includes stops at Belo’s Capital Bureau where she interviewed congressmen and senators, and at Washington ‘s WB, where she reported for WB Now, a news program geared towards college students.
Danielle graduated from The George Washington University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and a concentration in Human Services.
Throughout her college career, she worked as a first grade assistant teacher at a local elementary school and has always been passionate about working with children.
Danielle has traveled all over the country covering sports and she is thrilled to be living in Louisville , one of her favorite sports cities.
