Adrianna Hopkins firmly believes the saying, "shoot for the moon and at worst, you'll land among the stars."
She's pursued her career with enthusiasm, joining the WHAS 11 news team in November 2007 as a reporter.
Originally from Leawood , Kansas , Adrianna earned a B.A. degree in Broadcast Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2005.
While attending UNC, she worked with the award winning campus television station, Carolina Week. Adrianna interned with the NBC and ABC affiliates in Raleigh , NC , as well as the George Michael Sports Machine in Washington , DC .
After graduating, Adrianna worked as a News Production Assistant with the Consumer Investigative Unit, "5 On Your Side," at WRAL-TV 5. She worked as a reporter at Fox-24 in Macon , GA in August 2006.
"Home is where the heart is" and Adrianna's heart is her family. They reside in Leawood , KS . She thanks them for their continual belief in her, as well as her friends and mentors for their support.
