Search warrant leads to fugitive, marijuana grow operation

According to the police report, 33-year-old Kristian M. Giles, who tried to use Holyparadox Apollyon as an alias, also had a marijuana grow operation at the home. Giles was arrested and is now charged with trafficking in controlled substance, cultivating in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A search warrant served at a house on S. 8th Street Friday has left a man facing multiple drug charges.

Police said they were serving the warrant at a home in the 1100 block when officers recovered crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia used to package and sell narcotics, as well as digital scales.

According to the police report, 33-year-old Kristian M. Giles, who tried to use Holyparadox Apollyon as an alias, also had a marijuana grow operation at the home.

Giles was arrested and is now charged with trafficking in controlled substance, cultivating in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Giles is being held on a $7,500 cash bond for the drug charges and a $5,000 cash bond on a fugitive warrant.
