(WHAS11) - Although my wife Wendy and I would have loved to take all of you on our 10 year Anniversary trip out west, the budget, and limited accommodations wouldn’t allow it. We spent two days in San Francisco, two days in Napa Valley, and two days in Northern California on the coast. It was spectacular!
San Francisco was buzzing with everything from the Giants trying to play their way into the National League Playoffs to the Castro Festival. The city is amazing with its many neighborhoods, farmers markets, and scenic streets. If anyone ever wants a good reference on a Bed and Breakfast in Napa The Arbor House is the best. And for the most scenic lodging right on the Pacific Ocean The Timber Cove will be tough to beat.
