LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- It looks like the Ohio River Bridges project is really moving forward.
A home in the Green Springs neighborhood has been demolished, clearing a path for the new East End Bridge.
Indiana is in charge of building the East End Bridge.
It will connect the Gene Synder Freeway in Prospect to the Lee Hamilton Highway in Utica.
Construction on the bridge is expected to start this summer.
It's expected to be finished in October of 2016.
