(WHAS11) -- Twitter is now measuring feelings about President Obama and Mitt Romney with a political index, also known as "twindex."
Twitter teamed up with data analysis company Topsy and Two Polling Companies to create the index.
BuzzFeed.Com reports it compares tweets about the candidates to the positivity and negativity of all tweets on all topics.
The index is updated at 8 every evening.
