Indiana police have arrested a suspect accused of scamming Henryville tornado victims. Karl Ray was arrested Wednesday in Clark County, Indiana. He is facing multiple fraud charges after prosecutors say he promised several Henryville tornado victims repairs and never finished the work, but did take their money. Ray is also accused of doing similar crimes in Louisville. Three families say he promised them roof work that was never completed.
