According to court documents, David Gurley was driving on Dixie Highway near Blanton when he rear-ended a motorcycle stopped at the stoplight. The car then went on to hit two more vehicles leaving minor damage. Police say Gurley admitted to drinking and had a blood alcohol content level of .295.
