According to a report in US News, Arizona cities are very pet friendly.
Spending analysis from Bundle suggests Scottsdale, Ariz. spends the most on their pets spending about $48 a month.
Durham, North Carolina comes in second at $38 a month. Tucson, Ariz. is third, where pet owners spend $36-$50 a month on their four-legged friends.
