BEDFORD, Ky. (WHAS11)—Kentucky State Police arrested six people on Friday afternoon after police found old meth labs in an apartment.
Troopers said they received a tip about the meth lab at the apartment on McDowell Lane in Bedford belonging to Jeremy Garrett, to which they were granted permission to search.
According to the press release, during the search Troopers found several old meth labs, ingredients used in manufacturing meth and a small amount of finished meth.
Police arrested Kirk Savage, 23 of Bedford, Amanda Brown, 29 of Corbin, Ky., Latoshia Rayburn, 24 of Bedford, Jeremy Garrett, 34 of Bedford, Cody Rodriguez, 20 of Bedford and Brandi Jones, 35 of Milton, Ky.
All six are charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Rodriguez was also charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance in addition to the other charges.
Jones was also charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Resisting Arrest in addition to the other charges.
All suspects except Jones were transported to the Carroll County Detention Center. Jones was taken to Carroll County Memorial Hospital for treatment to injuries she received during the incident.
