Jeffersonville, Ind. (WHAS) – City officials and their design team revealed new plans for the Big Four Station to Jeffersonville residents on Saturday.
The plans were slightly changed from the summer after the community was asked to weigh in on what they like to see at the foot of the bridge.
Among the new changes are new LED lighting along the bridge ramp, various lighting around the perimeter to better suit the neighborhood and eliminating the cover for the playground so it would be less intrusive for nearby homes.
Construction for the Big Four Station is expected to be completed in 2014.
