People Magazine's 'Sexiest Man Alive' through the years
Ryan Reynolds, star of this year's thriller "Buried" and last year's comedy "The Proposal," is People magazine's pick for 2010 Sexiest Man Alive. Reynolds joked with ABC's Chris Connelly that if he didn't work out, his body would look "a mirror image of Dick Van Dyke." (People Magazine)
