Former Ford model Carrie Lowell played Bond girl Pam Bouvier, an ex-CIA agent who assists Bond's Timothy Dalton, in 1989's "Licence to Kill." Minor roles in several films, including "Sleepless in Seattle" and "Leaving Las Vegas" followed. Then, Lowell landed the lead role of assistant district attorney Jamie Ross on the television drama "Law & Order" and its spinoff, "Law & Order: Trial by Jury." Since marrying Richard Gere in 2002, following the birth of their son, Homer, Lowell, 51, has been mostly absent from the screen. Like her husband she is a devotee of Tibetan Buddhism.
