San Antonio's Chalk It Up Festival

The young, old and everyone in between grabbed colorful pieces of chalk and transformed downtown Houston Street into one giant canvas for the ninth annual Artpace 'Chalk It Up' festival on Saturday. Mural teams from more than 45 area school and organizations also showcased amazing works of art. Artpace is a non-profit organization which promotes and supports contemporary art.
