BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) -- Neon Trees will perform a free concert for the nonpartisan group Rock The Vote following the last presidential debate. The concert is on October 22 in Boca Raton, Florida, which is where the debate will be. The concert will be streamed in real time on XBox Live.
