Kate's Frosting -- on Broadway and also on Main -- has rolled out its special February menu, featuring plenty of sexy and scrumptious little cakes. Like the boyfriend, a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting, topped with sea salt-caramel drizzle. Or the popular Ruby Slippers, a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting topped with chocolate-dipped cherries with red sprinkles.
No matter what you choose, Williams says you can't go wrong with cupcakes.
"People just get happy when they see them," she said.
