(WHAS11) - There was a little weather delay of sorts for Indiana Congressman Baron Hill.
He says he plans to file for re-election but wasn't able to fly to Indianapolis over the weekend due to the massive winter storm in Washington D.C.
Hill is now expected to file by mail for southern Indiana's 9th congressional district.
Former Republican Mike Sodrel is also running.
The two have faced each other in that race every election since 2002.
