(WHAS11) -- Kentucky Senator Rand Paul is talking to WHAS11 News about the possibility of Ashley Judd running for senate.
Paul says Kentuckians will not agree with her stance on coal.
Judd is still mum about whether she is considering a run for Senate against Republican leader Mitch McConnell in 2014 or against Paul in 2016.
Judd a former Kentucky resident and avid UK fan is now living in Tennessee. She has not ruled out a run and said last month she was honored to be mentioned as a potential candidate.
No democrats have stepped forward to challenge McConnell who is already raised $6.8 million for his re-election.
