(WHAS11) -- Could it be a sign that Kentucky Senator Rand Paul is thinking about a run for the White House in 2016?
He has been invited to speak at the Conservative Political Action Conference.
The CPAC is the largest gathering of conservative leaders and activists and it has launched the presidential campaigns of many Republican candidates.
It will be held in March.
Paul is the second possible 2016 presidential contender invited to the conference.
Wisconsin Congressman and former Republican vice presidential nominee, Paul Ryan, will be the featured speaker.
