LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) - - Facebook is launching an application that helps adults in Washington state register to vote.
They can sign up through the Washington Secretary of State's Facebook page.
The app accesses the voter's information such as their name and date of birth to start the process.
State officials say Facebook won't be able to access any personal voter information. The state teamed up with Facebook and Microsoft to make the process possible.
