LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Kentucky was one of the first, if not the first state to be called for Mitt Romney.

But there was at least one county in the Bluegrass that voted differently -- Jefferson
County.

The day after elections is always a day to decipher the meaning of how and why people voted the way they did.
