Owensboro, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Former president Bill Clinton is making a return to the Kentucky Bluegrass.
Clinton will appear on Wednesday at a fundraiser for the Wendell Ford Government Education Center in Owensboro.
Former Senator Wendell Ford was chairman of Clinton's first inauguration in 1993 and was Democratic whip for Clinton’s first six years in office.
