LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Fourty-one days and counting until the election and some voters in Southern Indiana are dealing with changes on the ballot.
It's a new chapter for Indiana’s Ninth Congressional District. In the ‘60s, ‘70s, ‘80s and ‘90s, Congressman Lee Hamilton(D) was the mainstay. Now, more recent battles may be giving way to a republican era.
