FRANKFORT, Ky. (AP) — A Greenup County dermatologist is running again for a state Senate seat in northeastern Kentucky.
Republican Jack Ditty of Flatwoods filed the necessary paperwork in Frankfort on Monday.
Ditty lost to Grayson lawyer Robin Webb, a Democrat who served in the House for nearly 10 years, by less than 300 votes in a special Senate election earlier this year.
Webb replaced longtime GOP state Sen. Charlie Borders who resigned after Democratic Gov. Steve Beshear gave him a position on the Kentucky Public Service Commission.
