INDIANAPOLIS (WHAS11) – An Indianapolis man has filed a lawsuit against a local funeral home after the owner wanted him to combine random human remains for missing medical cadavers.
David Eckert, who was funeral director for Edwards Family Mortuary, said he was told to fake remains.
His lawsuit claims this was not the first time the funeral home misrepresented the identities of remains of cadavers.
