OAKLAND, California (WHAS11) -- In late May, a video leaked of a school officer in Oakland, California beating a student in a wheelchair.

The officer pulled the student out of the chair and tried to drag him into the classroom.

New video has emerged as to where it all began and it's even more disturbing.

The new video shows the officer and the student begin to fight over who will control the wheelchair just before getting on an elevator.

The student, who has cerebral palsy, fell to the floor and the officer kicked him in the head.

A second officer was there and at one point is on top of the student in the elevator.

The incident is outraging parents.

The officer who threw the punches has been fired and is facing charges.

The other officer involved was suspended.
