(WHAS11) -- Police say a man is breaking into apartments and motel rooms in Scottsdale, Arizona and exposing himself.
They are stepping up patrols in the area and passing out composite sketches of the subject. The incidents happened at two different apartments and a motel in the middle of the night.
Police say the suspect would run off when the victims woke up. Authorities say he may be staking out the victims.
Residents are encouraged to lock all doors and windows at night and keep their blinds closed.
