BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) — Police in south-central Kentucky have charged a man with murder and abuse in the death last year of his infant son.
The Daily News (http://bit.ly/1rVUqi2) reports Warren County sheriff's deputies arrested 27-year-old Jonathan Waters of Roundhill in Butler County on Thursday after he was indicted by a grand jury.
The indictment says the child was 3 months old when he died on Oct. 28, but the boy's name was redacted.
Warren County Sheriff's spokesman Stephen Harmon said the death investigation found "multiple internal and external injuries" on the child. He declined to go into further detail.
It wasn't immediately clear whether Waters has an attorney. He is being held in the Warren County jail on a $250,000 cash bond.
