CAVE CITY, Ky. (AP) — Voters in Cave City were set to decide the fate of a push for package liquor sales in the southern Kentucky community.

The Daily News reported (http://bit.ly/1rwl14T ) that people in just two precincts will take part in the election on Tuesday.

Polls are open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. CDT.

By-the-drink alcohol sales have been allowed in Cave City since 2006.

Currently, two restaurants and the Cave City Convention Center are licensed to sell alcohol by the drink.

If voters approve the measure, Cave City will be able to license two full liquor stores.
