PETERBOROUGH, N.H. (AP) — A hospital spokesman says another person has sought medical care after an explosion at a New Hampshire ball bearing factory.

Philip McFarland at Monadnock (muh-NAD'-nahk) Community Hospital said the total number of people injured in the Monday blast now stands at 15. The person who sought care Tuesday was treated and released.

Two people were airlifted after the explosion in a room at New Hampshire Ball Bearings, where chemicals are used to treat the surface of bearings.

Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the blast, which blew out windows.

The plant makes parts for the aerospace industry and employs about 700 people. A spokeswoman said there would have been about 450 people working at the time of the blast, which happened just after a 3:30 p.m. shift change.
