DANVILLE, Ky. (AP) — A former youth leader at a central Kentucky church has been sentenced to five years in prison.
The Lexington Herald-Leader (http://bit.ly/1eo5TfK) reports a judge handed down the sentence on Tuesday to 30-year-old Jonathan David Hall, who formerly served as a youth leader at the Danville campus of Southland Christian Church.
Under an agreement reached in November, Hall pleaded guilty to possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and distribution of obscene matter to minors. The charges involved sexual text messages and emails to four underage girls.
The agreement also calls for him to register as a sex offender.
