CAMPTON, Ky. (AP) — Rescue crews have found three hikers who went missing in Red River Gorge.
WKYT-TV (http://bit.ly/1dNgzEL) reports the hikers lost their way Tuesday evening after the sun set. The group had been near the Gladie Historic Site on Bison Way Trail on the Menifee-Wolfe county line.
Officials with Menifee County Emergency Management say the rescuers and hikers made it out Wednesday morning.
One hiker, who was injured after falling, was taken to the University of Kentucky Medical Center for treatment.
