INEZ, Ky. (AP) — Eastern Kentucky authorities say teenagers shot nearly 80 homes and businesses with paintballs.
Dozens of Martin County residents awoke Monday to find paint splattered on their buildings.
WYMT-TV (http://bit.ly/13ioE0e ) in Hazard reported Martin County Sheriff Garmon Preece said cars were also hit by paintballs.
Investigators have two suspects, but did not immediately make arrests. The vandalism was along a 15-mile path and included the county courthouse. Authorities said the crime was carried out at about 3 a.m. Monday.
