LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) — Authorities say a body was discovered in a lake in Lexington.
According to WKYT-TV (http://bit.ly/12tpDgf), a groundskeeper with the Lake Ellerslie Fishing Club found the body around 4 p.m. on Saturday.
The man said the body was so badly decomposed that he couldn't tell the gender. He said there was a heavy winter coat on the body.
Police say the part of the lake where the body was found is not open to the public.
They say investigators are waiting for the coroner's report before moving forward.
