LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A Louisville woman was arrested Thursday and charged with selling drugs from a local hotel room with children inside.
Police say they received a complaint about a room at the Home-Towne Studios on Taylorsville Road in J-Town. That complaint led them to Candice Robinson and a co-defendant.
Officers say they watched drug transactions from the hotel room and in the hotel parking lot.
When police went to the room they say Robinson and her co-defendant ran away. Inside, officers found two teenagers and three children under the age of six asleep in their beds.
Police say they also found heroin, suspected meth, pills, and marijuana.
Robinson is now charged with trafficking a controlled substance and several charges of endangering the welfare of a minor.
