Teenage boy expected to plead guilty in road rage case

(WHAS)—The teen son of the woman charged with shooting a motorcyclist in a road rage incident in Jeffersonville, Ind. is expected to plead guilty in the case.

15-year old Phillip Parrish is due in court Wednesday morning and

WHAS11

is accused of kicking and yelling at Wesley Mosier, Jr. when he was on the ground after Mosier was shot in the chest back in June.

Under the plea agreement Parrish, who is charged with misdemeanor battery, could get six months probation.

Yalanda Parrish faces charges of battery and criminal recklessness in the case.
