A Northern Kentucky peeping Tom has been arrested after cameras caught him looking in on a teenage girl.

The Hall family first put up the camera in December and discovered a peeping tom looking into the window of their 16-year-old daughter.

After 2 months and no positive I.D., the peeping Tom returned and was caught staring into the lense of a camera.

“You can see he looks up and sees he is caught on camera.  You can see his eyeball and his foot as he goes up and tries to rip it off,” the victim’s mother said.

After tracing him a few houses away, police say that he admitted to everything.

The Hall family is now trying to get him convicted and registered as a sex offender.
