Body of missing former St. Matthews firefighter found in Red River Gorge

(WHAS11) - Authorities are still investigating after the body of a missing Louisville hiker was found at Red River Gorge.
The remains of Joe Sanders, 37, a former St. Matthews firefighter, were identified through dental records Sunday.
Sanders went missing at Red River Gorge, near Lexington, on June 15th.
Sanders was found in the Pumpkin Bottom campground, in the scenic Red River Gorge.
That’s in Menifee County in Kentucky.
No foul play is expected, however, officials are still investigating.
Sanders, a former St. Matthews firefighter, was a graduate of St. X High School.
