09:31 AM EDT on Friday, May 16, 2008
They were collecting just off of I-65 near the Bullitt County Fairgrounds, when they noticed three state troopers go through a light; then saw President Clinton’s motorcade.

Butler tells us his chief told the volunteers they would be rewarded for collecting money out in the rain and Butler says, indeed they were.
