RADCLIFF, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Radcliff police have located a man who has reportedly been missing since 10:30 a.m. Monday.
According to officers, Patrick A. Neal was found in Gary County, Kansas on Wednesday.
Neal is reportedly safe and sound of mind.
