Terrorism and violence class at IUSB

INDIANA (WHAS 11)--Criminal justice professors at Indiana University South Bend are using the recent terror attacks to educate and prepare future police officers.

The professor who started the class says his goal is to make students aware of the terrorism they will most likely have to work with.

The class covers history, current events, and counter-terrorism.

Professor Richard Seniff says many of his students will encounter terrorism in the future and with the way things have been he has no shortage of recent events to teach from.

The class has been at the university for about 4 years now.
