(WHAS11) -- Police say a man and woman worked together to break into cars across metro Louisville over four months, stealing credit cards and making more than $15,000 in fraudulent purchases.
Derrick Booker and Tiffany Wright were arrested Thursday morning and are both charged with theft and fraud.
Police say from January until May, the pair broke into 17 vehicles across Louisville, including Lyndon, Saint Matthews and Middletown.
Police allege the pair used the credit cards at several department, retail and convenience stores in the area.
