Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - ear-x-tacy will close the doors at its current location in the Highlands Wednesday July 21.
Store owner John Timmons says increasing rent became too much so the music store is moving just down the street to a new location.
The new store will be in a shopping center in the Douglass Loop area.
Timmons says he hopes to re-open either Thursday or Friday.
