LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Dozens are expected to rally outside of Louisville's EMW Women's Surgical Center Sunday hoping to send a message to those trying to shut it down.
The clinic is Kentucky's only remaining abortion provider.
It was in danger of having its license revoked Monday after the state's Cabinet for Health and Family Services said the clinic wasn't meeting compliance rules.
The ACLU called the enforcement action "an attempt to ban abortion in Kentucky."
A federal judge granted a temporary restraining order yesterday preventing the clinic from being shut down.
The Kentucky Health Justice Network is calling on supporters to rally outside the clinic Sunday at 2 p.m.
