LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS 11)--A man who was shot by a Louisville police officer will be remembered by family during a prayer service.
The prayer service will take place at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on 26th and Magazine outside the abandoned home where Bruce Warrick was shot in the stomach.
He's in critical condition at University Hospital.
The family's pursuing legal action saying officer Sarah Stumler violated the department protocols for use of force.
LMPD Chief Steve Conrad said he couldn't make any decisions on this case just based on the body-camera video alone.
The department's public integrity unit is now investigating.
