Break down in paperwork led to murder suspect's incorrect release, attorney says

LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- A Louisville murder suspect is back in custody Saturday morning after mistakenly being released from jail.

Twenty-one-year-old Terrance Moore Junior faces several charges in connection to the shooting death of Tyrone Booker.

Moore was out of custody for 10 days before anyone in law enforcement or the court system realized he had been incorrectly released.

Moore's attorney believes a breakdown in paperwork led to the oversight.
